By accessing or using BotKotha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including merchants, staff, and administrators.

BotKotha is a cloud-based automation platform that enables businesses to manage Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp conversations, automate replies using AI, capture orders, sync with courier services, and integrate with tools like Google Sheets.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

By connecting Facebook Pages or WhatsApp accounts, you agree to comply with:

• Facebook Platform Terms and Developer Policies
• WhatsApp Business Terms of Service
• Meta Commerce Policies where applicable
• You must have admin rights to any Page you connect

We reserve the right to suspend service for any account that violates platform policies or uses the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use the Service to collect data without customer consent

• Certain features require a paid subscription
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused credits

• You retain ownership of your business data and customer conversations
• We do not claim ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
• AI-generated responses are provided as-is and you are responsible for their accuracy

BotKotha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
