Data Deletion Instructions
How to delete your data from BotKotha and connected platforms.
Overview
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and business data from BotKotha at any time. Below are the methods available to delete your data.
Method 1: Self-Service Account Deletion
- Log in to your BotKotha dashboard
- Go to Settings > Profile
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion by entering your password
Warning: This will permanently delete your account, all connected pages, conversation history, orders, and customer data. This action cannot be undone.
Method 2: Disconnect Facebook Pages
If you want to stop BotKotha from accessing your Facebook Page data without deleting your full account:
- Go to your BotKotha dashboard
- Navigate to Facebook > Connected Pages
- Click the Disconnect button next to any connected page
- Alternatively, revoke access from Facebook directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > BotKotha > Remove
Method 3: Email Request
You can also request data deletion by emailing us directly:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include your registered email address for verification.
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once completed.
What Data Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and credentials
- All connected Facebook Page tokens and configurations
- All conversation history and messages
- Customer profiles, orders, and CRM data
- AI settings, prompts, and memory data
- Analytics and reports associated with your account
- Google Sheets integration tokens and sync configurations
What Data May Be Retained
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
- Payment and billing records as required by law (up to 7 years)
- Data required to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Facebook-Specific Deletion
When you delete your BotKotha account or disconnect a page, we also send a notification to Facebook to remove any webhook subscriptions. However, you should also:
- Review Facebook's Apps and Websites settings
- Remove BotKotha from your Facebook Business Integrations
- Delete any conversation history stored directly on Facebook/Messenger
