- Connected Page Data: When you connect a Facebook Page, we receive page name, page ID, and page access token to send and receive messages on your behalf.
- Conversation Data: Messages, sender PSID (Page-Scoped ID), timestamps, and any media (images, voice notes) exchanged through connected pages.
- Customer Profile Data: When available via Facebook Graph API, we may store customer first name, last name, and profile picture to display in your inbox.
- Order Data: Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and order details extracted from conversations for order management.
- Usage Data: Feature usage, AI model usage, and platform interaction logs.
